Memory care is horrific. They do not know what they’re doing and were neglectful and emotional abusive of my mom. Nightmare!!!! My mother left badly injured and unable to walk on her own ever again due to an injury as a result to their neglect when they promised me they would provide extra care and monitoring that they did not follow through. Moved my dad in a about 6 months ago. Facility is nice, staff is fantastic. Can't thank them enough for all their help. Edit: I can no longer recommend this facility. My father had advanced PSP and Alzheimer’s. His hospice nurse recommended bed rails due to fall risk. The facility refused to allow them. Shortly after, my father suffered a fall that contributed to his passing. Separately, I filed complaints with the New York State Department of Health regarding care issues. My 96 yr old Mom had a fall over the Christmas holidays that left her with a broken femur and the need for a walker. She was at a rehab but needed to transition to assisted living ,and did so very reluctantly. Tiffany and the team went above and beyond to resolve any transition issues promptly.
