My family member is at the Bristol there are so many problems here avoid moving here! staff takes an unreasonable amount of time responding to the call device sometimes he has to wait an hour to two hours before anyone responds there are approximately 200 residents and the overnight staff is only two or three people many of the aides seem resentful and bitter about their jobs because the Bristol is so understaffed they take it out on the residents.
