Best bbq you're going to get locally in Pasadena / Deer Park without spending a day on it yourself...
The food and value here is great, my only complaint is the size of the drinks and sides, I loved the pulled pork and tge brisket, and I enjoyed the sauce being on the side since I didn't care for it much. The beans were some of the best I've ever had which is why I am complaining about the portion size. If you know you're doing something well, do it more!
I was happy with the food. It just wasn't the best barbecue I've ever had.
Half of my brisket was burned and the other half was fat as you can see in the photo (please zoom in). The green beans had an odd chemical taste to them. They were not really cooked either as they had that crunchy squeaky feel to them. Some were darker and some light so they may have added more into pot and they just weren’t cooked yet. The okra was very good. It is also overpriced.
