Ordered the two meat plate, brisket and ribs with baked beans, potato salad, and a side of brisket rice. Both brisket and ribs were bland and with very little smoke flavor, like they waved little, if any, seasoning/rub over them, had them spend a brief time in a smoker, and finished cooking in an oven. The brisket was dry, the baked beans tasted like they came out of a can, the potato salad like it came from the Walmart, and the rice, like the brisket, dry and tasteless. A memorable experience, but not in a good way.
Brisket was really soft and everything was flavorful. Good portions for the sides. Buffalo chicken wings were good too. No complaints.
Love the pbj sandwich.
