Fantastic location. Great bed, pillows and linen. Shower pressure was super strong. Room was a bit musty on first entry but quickly disappeared with balcony door open and then AC. Reception was very good checking on us if we needed anything. A quick walk to cafes and restaurants. Highly recommend the pub (front table over looking the lake) and the yacht club. Could have stayed longer and will be back again.
I booked this serviced apartment online mid afternoon on the night of stay. Upon booking I received 2 phone calls, one to say the reception is closing before arrival so the keys would be in a lock box and second, my request for 2 single beds instead of a king bed as housekeeping were finished for the day. It was a Friday night. The room was average. There was no shampoo or conditioner. There were no cutlery or crockery apart from tea and coffee accompaniments. Booked 2-nights stay for the weekend. A little gem in Toronto as our base to explore Lake Mac and surrounds. Apartment overlooking the lake with a park, descent size jetty where you can cast a line to fish if you have time and swim in the netted area. Close to town centre, plenty of restaurants to dine- in within walking distance. 2-bedroom Apartment was well maintained, clean, quiet, basic kitchen utensils to use. Perfect location near the water and easy walking distance to the restaurants and shops. The Brighton Apartments were clean, comfortable and well equipped. Disappointed that I was only staying overnight on a work trip - would definitely stay here again.
