Could not recommend Patty and Morgan more. Incredible customer service, exceptionally friendly and kind to our kids and very knowledgeable. This is the place to go without a doubt if you need to treat lice. Will be recommending them to everyone.
Patty is an absolute angel. I panicked when both of my daughters wound up with lice, multiple times, and we could not get rid of it with over-the-counter treatments. Patty made my girls feel relaxed, was very informative, and did such a thorough job. She eradicated the lice and I felt such relief not having to deal with it anymore. She's so kind and friendly and knows what she's doing. Cannot thank Patty and The Bright Side enough!
Patty & Morgan were fantastic! When I got the notification from daycare that there were cases of lice in my daughter’s class, I went into full panic mode. As soon as she got home, I noticed her itching her head and that’s when I decided we needed help. They were able to get us in that same day to have the whole family checked out. They were knowledgeable and gave us instructions on what we needed to clean at home and also tips to prevent lice in the future. My daughter and I had a great experience. They were able to get us in quickly on the friday before a holiday weekend so we drove from Milwaukee. Patty made my daughter feel so at ease and I learned so much given this was our first time having lice. Would definitely recommend!
Patty was great! My daughter even said she really felt comfortable with her. After battling lice for four months I had enough and came in. When you share placement of your children but not each parent is vigilant about it, it can cause a lot more harm. Patty saw us on a Sunday, late evening as it was the only time that worked for us and was so informative, and she explained so much to us and out a lot of stereotypes to rest.
