Had an amazing experience, responded to my panicked text late at night and got us in immediately in the morning, treated our problem within one hour and answered all questions so kindly and we left feeling so much better. Worth every penny, highly recommend. Thank you so much!
Patty & Morgan are excellent! They got us in as quick as they could. They are very detailed and take so much care in getting rid of all the lice and nits. Also so informative on how to prevent from getting lice again. I will tell everyone I know to go to The Bright Side!
I'm writing this review as someone who is usually the person getting the lice treatment done on them :) It's such a fun experience and when I was younger, I used to want to get lice to come and visit the lice lady! 😂 it's so fun to eat the snacks,and sit on my butt with an iPad in hand while my head is practically getting a massage. patty is so kind, love this place.
We are so grateful for the kindness and care we received during such a stressful time! Patty was incredibly kind on the phone and made scheduling so easy! Harmony was friendly, professional, and gentle through every step of the treatment process. They both made a scary and difficult situation so much easier to handle, and we left feeling confident and educated. Highly recommend this center to anyone needing lice treatment — I'm so thankful this center was close to home and so easy to access!
