Patty was great! My daughter even said she really felt comfortable with her. After battling lice for four months I had enough and came in. When you share placement of your children but not each parent is vigilant about it, it can cause a lot more harm. Patty saw us on a Sunday, late evening as it was the only time that worked for us and was so informative, and she explained so much to us and out a lot of stereotypes to rest. We went into this clinic today - drove all the way from Milwaukee because our local clinic’s phone line wasn’t working. We had a wonderful experience - the staff were extremely thorough, kind, and patient with myself and my two children (ages 3 and 6). They were clearly well experienced with children and handled my more difficult three years old with kindness and patience. They were also reassuring to me and gave me clear guidelines about what to do (and what not to do) in my house to ensure that the lice didn’t return. You ... read more
Patty is a Godsend! In one hour, she got rid of all nits/lice in my daughter’s long (to her butt) and naturally very curly hair! She is so very knowledgeable! She offered so much great information about how to handle this situation—presently and if this happens again in the future. It was a Sunday morning miracle, that’s for sure!
I can’t say enough good things about Patty and her team at The Bright Side. We got an email last month that there was lice in our four year olds classroom. Patty got us in the next day (a Sunday!), and was so kind and helpful throughout the process. She answered all my questions and even had iPads and snacks for the kids.
