I do not recommend this doctor’s office. After being a patient for many years, I was very disappointed by the lack of empathy shown by the doctor. I was charged a $100 no-show fee even though I called immediately to explain that my car had broken down and I couldn’t make it to my appointment. Between the negative reviews and the rude scheduler who told me my appointment was at 9 AM (only to find out two days before it was actually at 10:15), I already had my guard up. I’ve been a patient at this office for almost 10 years and always received excellent care when I was seeing Luke, who was professional, attentive, and genuinely cared about his patients. Unfortunately, since he left, the quality of care has gone downhill — especially with Nurse Practitioner Amber Campbell. Worse facility ever. We call for two days and left message and received no call back. We finally get through on Friday and they started they are close. They cannot confirm if the doctor will call on Monday.
