Kailey was a super bartender/waitress. Very helpful, lots of energy and just really fun to have as a waitress. She made the meal. Thank you.
I asked for my hamburger to be cooked rare and it was spot on. Kudos to the grill cook. The bartender was too busy chatting with the 2 locals and ignored me. My food came out and she didn't ask if I needed salt, pepper, ketchup napkins or point them out to find them on the bar. My empty bottle sat for about 10 minutes before she came over to ask if I wanted another beer. Poor bartender etiquette so my tip reflected that.
Went in and sat down at a table, according to the sign I'd get prompt service that was not the case. After a good long while someone came up and said you had to go to the bar for service. Nah, I'll go somewhere where they know what customer service is and aren't incapable of updating the sign and wasting time.
