Go anywhere else but here; unless of course you have Mass health, they will just keep the charges going to them $$$. Other than that, you will receive no help.
The Brien Center in North Adams is so mismanaged. It is even worse if you're a trans client. Was told by my outreach worker that wearing a dress to a community event is inappropriate.
