Made an appointment TWO weeks ago for an intake for an IOP (much needed). Got all the way to Pittsfield as I was told that’s the only place they do intakes and was informed that my hour and half was going to be cut down to a half hour because of scheduling conflicts. So essentially, my mental well being was once again being overlooked. A waste of my time and gas as I live a half hour away!!! Go anywhere else but here; unless of course you have Mass health, they will just keep the charges going to them $$$. Other than that, you will receive no help.
