Wow, where to start. When I first came to the program I was skeptical, like most, in thinking that I even had a problem or that my problem stemmed so deep into my childhood that I didn’t care to look at it anymore. I am Navy and I was referred to this place by my command. When I had voluntarily taken myself to AA meetings it was just to look good so that my command could think I cared about getting better but on the way home I would head to the liquor store, grab me a bottle and crack it open soon as I set it on the kitchen counter.
