Beautiful facility. Heather is very nice and sweet.
I was so very disappointed with Park Residences at Plano. My friend who lived there passed away. I live in Maryland she is Texas. I was told I had to be onsite to collect her belonging. I made two trips from the east coast down to Texas to discover the multitude of belongings and knew I needed a team and a truck. I was told I had to be present, so arranged to get all her belongings 11/30 along with a team to get everything loaded and leave the premise. Great place to live. Very quite and peaceful. The entire on site staff is very nice and helpful. We have met alot of really good new friends here. I am extremely happy living here!
