I had a phone appointment with Dr. Tabark Alalusi at The Bridge Medical Clinic, and she was absolutely outstanding. Even over the phone, she made me feel heard, respected, and cared for. The ladies at the front desk are so helpful and pleasant. Dr. Baerg is the best doctor. So attentive and helpful. They also have an in-pharmacist which so efficient. The Bridge is a great team!

My husband booked on line , but the appointment was not confirmed as explained by the MOA , however he was there to renew medications which he was essentially out of in two days. He was going away for a week and the MOA didn’t think that perhaps he might need them! She offered no attempt to get his meds ordered Or even a call from the doctor. Should be an interesting week with our diabetic or cardiac meds
