Had a tour scheduled with Janie Pineda during the weekend that I was coming from out of state for. Near the scheduled appointment time, she told me she cancelled my showing, saying she called me the previous day to confirm and I hadn’t answered. She called from a different number, didn’t leave a voicemail, didn’t try to call again, and didn’t message me otherwise. It was very unprofessional, rude, and bizarre.
