I was referred here by Sussex. I was in an emergency situation due to new regulations. I spent 2 hours doing an intake. I am told I will get a call shortly. 2 hours later I get a call saying my name was entered incorrectly into the system. I was told it shouldn’t take that long to fix. This garbage clinic did not fix my name in the system FOR ALMOST A WEEK. THEY NEVER CALLED TO CHECK ON ME KNOWING I LIVED ALONE. NOT ONCE DID THEY CALL WITH AN UPDATE. I HAD TO CALL EVERY SINGLE DAY.
