I needed a medical to get my Australian working holiday visa. I contacted the clinic on Friday, got an appointment on Tuesday, and my visa was approved by Thursday evening. Super friendly and efficient service.
I contacted this medical clinic via email to enquire about a medical examination, but unfortunately, I never received a response. I called many times as well but they never bothered to respond to my email. Poor communication
I had my New Zealand visa medical at The Bridge Clinic on 3rd June, and I’m pleased to say my visa has now been approved! The staff were very professional, friendly, and made me feel at ease throughout the appointment. They maintained dignity and respect during the whole process, and the medical itself was very thorough. The price was also really competitive compared to other clinics. Thank you to The Bridge Clinic for making something that could’ve been quite daunting feel smooth and straightforward. Highly recommend!

I recently had a phone consultation with Katie Lambert at The Bridge Clinic’s Immigration Department, and the experience was quite disappointing.
