So disappointed in the Senior Management with The Bridge @ Longmont. Within two hours of signing the lease for my mother’s assisted living apartment and set to move her in the following day, the Executive Director, Shirley McNeff, denied her residency. Ms. McNeff never took the time to meet nor speak directly with my mom or family to discuss any concerns with welcoming her to The Bridge.
