Lifecare facility would be top rated if they would weed out the bad apples in the facility and find people that actually care about the residents that live there. As a former employee i was treated harsh. There is attitude all day with no compassion for the residents or staff. Everyone is treated horribly that enters this facility, new staff or resident.
