I have a pet and I enjoy living here. They told me about the pet fee and pet rent upfront so it was not a surprise and they have large grassy areas by the Creekside for me to walk my dog. The apartments are really nice too.
Do NOT move here!! If you have a pet, they charge a $500 non-refundable pet "deposit" in addition to a monthly pet fee. When you move out they charge another $75 to clean the carpet, even though they don't give you the option to have it cleaned yourself and the carpets are all old. I was told the $500 was for damages...why not take the $75 out of there!?!? Other places may charge more but their pet deposit is refundable!
