I found a dress I liked, but it was a sample and in kind of rough shape, especially for a $1,600 price point and something they'd had for >6 months. The dress was originally sold for $3,200. I decidedto think on it, then called back to purchase the dress. The store didn't call me back for 2 days, and when they did, apparently the dress had been sold. Liv was absolutely amazing to work with! She picked up on what I was liking and not liking with each dress so clearly and quickly and steered us in the right direction more and more with each dress. She is extremely knowledgeable about all of the dresses and any possible customizations! Very low pressure and made me feel like I was driving the appointment without any pressure to buy right then, but while fully supporting what I was feeling all along the way. Amazing service! I had Rebekah as a sales associate! We came in on a short trip from out of town, did not have an appointment and called to see if we can just browse for boleros for a dress I had originally already gotten. She had a full day of scheduled appointments but allowed us to still go and look quickly, we ended up seeing a dress that I fell in love with!
