I had a really positive and fun experience trying on dresses at Brides Closet. Fern and her lovely young lady were so helpful. So sorry, can’t remember her name. Both were really friendly and patient. Gave me lots of dresses to try as I was narrowing down what I liked. I also chose my dress and came home with it that day. It’s in a gorgeous old home and is very Vancouver Island feeling. Would totally recommend!

Fern and her team went above and beyond to alter my wedding dress and accommodate me at the last minute. The quality of their work was exceptional, and Fern was an absolute pleasure to deal with. She made the entire process stress-free and truly turned it into a special experience. I couldn’t recommend them more highly.
