I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but I felt very disappointed with my experience at this bridal gown shop. From the beginning, I felt uncomfortable as my budget was treated with judgment rather than understanding (my budget wasn’t that low at all and I indicated my preferred price range in their booking form). She instantly understood my style and vision, made me feel completely comfortable, and brought such a warm, genuine energy to the appointment. A beautiful experience! I had the lovely Jess assist me. She was friendly, knowledgeable and offered great suggestions. There is an incredible range of dresses available. At no point did I feel pressured or rushed. A must visit in the dress journey!!
The team at The Bride Lab were so supportive and helpful for me to find my dream dress! I can’t thank you all enough. Always so accommodating, I visited the store three times, along with asking for a dress that they didn’t even carry and they offered to have it flown in, before I found my dress and each time I had a wonderful experience.
