I can’t reccomend Patty enough. She went above and beyond, providing me as many fittings as I needed leading up to my day. She ended up taking in my dress 3 sizes, and she did absolutely amazing. The dress had some difficult construction, but she worked with it amazingly, and I never once felt nervous that it wouldn’t work out. She saved me! Thank you Patty!
I can't recommend Patty enough! She is the sweetest, most talented, most amazing person and I truly don't think anyone else could have customized my wedding dress so perfectly. Patty worked with me on numerous occasions to build custom sleeves onto my originally strapless dress and made them appear as if they had always been there! I called in for alterations to my wedding dress without even meeting Patty or sending photos, she instantly turned the interaction negative and made me feel disappointed, discouraged, and like I had done something wrong. She told me she would see what she could do and lied about not having her calendar in front of her so she’d have to call me back, never asked for my number, and hung up.
