I called in for alterations to my wedding dress without even meeting Patty or sending photos, she instantly turned the interaction negative and made me feel disappointed, discouraged, and like I had done something wrong. I recently visited this tailor for a consultation to have my wedding dress altered. Before the consultation I sent multiple pictures wearing the dress and my measurements so she could have an idea of how the dress fit in its current state.The dress is two sizes two big, I shared that during my consultation. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing.
