We booked them for our wedding and set up a consultation/trial appointment. They canceled one appointment, then it was rescheduled. Then the day of the rescheduled appointment, contacted us and said we have canceled your appointment because they have no way of holding a spot without payment. Everyone was amazing. They showed up on time and were so quick and got everyone done. We also lost power and they pulled out their phone flashlights and kept pushing along. The final person they did a heatless updo. At no point did they get stressed out they just got it done. This experience speaks to their professionalism in that they can do anything in any situation provided. My bridesmaids and myself loved our makeup and hair.
