We booked them for our wedding and set up a consultation/trial appointment. They canceled one appointment, then it was rescheduled. Then the day of the rescheduled appointment, contacted us and said we have canceled your appointment because they have no way of holding a spot without payment. Everyone was amazing. They showed up on time and were so quick and got everyone done. We also lost power and they pulled out their phone flashlights and kept pushing along. The final person they did a heatless updo. At no point did they get stressed out they just got it done. This experience speaks to their professionalism in that they can do anything in any situation provided. My bridesmaids and myself loved our makeup and hair.

The Bridal Suite was exactly what I wanted and needed. I personally have a hard time describing what I want normally. This team took so much time asking questions that helped clarify what I was looking for to the "T". I am an incredibly picky person when it comes down to hair and makeup. I had already done 3 trials with other people and just didn't feel like they either really had the look I was going for or couldn't work with my hair.
