The first appointment was great! The hostess was very dotting to my daughter, and they made the whole experience feel very welcoming and enjoyable, and magical. The second, follow up appointment however, felt rushed. The hostess was distracted, she was not as personable or attentive. I had an amazing experience trying on dresses here. The showroom is gorgeous, and their staff makes you feel comfortable and confident. I did not end up buying my dress here, but they had a ton of great options, including some off-the-rack options that were able to work on my rushed timeline. I was worried that my budget wouldn't align with their inventory, but my budget was around 3,000 and they had many options that worked for me.
I am so happy to have found my dress at the Bridal Studio! Sarah was phenomenal as my stylist, ensuring I knew where to park and what to expect upon arrival, sourcing the perfect options with my pre-appointment questionnaire, and helping me find the most perfect dress! Thank you Sarah and team for an amazing experience!
***I’m updating my review almost a year later, and if I could give The Bridal Studio more than 5 stars, I would!! I purchased my wedding dress from The Bridal Studio and had the best experience finding my dress! When my dress arrived, it was more beautiful than I could have imagined! I ended up bringing my dress to Pink Seams, one of the alterations studios recommended to me, for a hem and a small adjustment to the top of the dress. My niece found the most GORGEOUS dress at this bridal shop and had the absolute best experience buying it! Unfortunately, some things happened along the way and her dress ended up being completely ruined through absolutely no fault of the bridal shop.
