Worst customer service ever! Would NOT recommend anyone to give them your business. I bought my dress and paid in full for it. It came in and there were random strings hanging off of it everywhere, when I pointed it out to Kim she just cut them off. There is a peice of my dress that is unraveling right in the front. On top of that I had an appointment to take my bridesmaids to try on dresses and when we arrived I was told there is no way theyou make appointments.
