I made an appointment in December during the sample sale. I didn't know what to expect, but I ended up walking out the door completely wow-ed and with a BEAUTIFUL dress! The owner is certainly experienced and knows her stuff, she's not just in it for the sales. I walked in thinking I wanted a certain type of dress (from pinterest and other google searches). Judy is so phenomenal! She's loving, kind, down to earth, and has the most gorgeous gowns. From the moment I booked my bridal appointment with Judy, she was so engaged. She asked me specific questions, checked in with me, sent reminders and confirmation notes. She was very upfront about her expectations and her entire booking process prepared us all for a smooth appointment. Judy cares so much about her brides. When you go into her shop you are the priority. One big difference with the Bridal Secret and other shops I visited was that Judy is not just trying to make a sale. Not only does she have a beautiful selection of gowns, she is the one to do all of the alternations so you are getting a full experience start to finish with her. Cannot recommend this shop enough.
I highly recommend The Bridal Secret! I initially searched for a convenient location for my mom and I to meet to shop for wedding dresses and came across the Bridal Secret. It was the first place I went to and I found my dress in half an hour because of her beautiful selection! (Our appointment time was for longer, but I just knew the moment I put it on!) You will not regret going here!! This was my first time going to look for a dress and went in being a little nervous. When I met Judy that completely turned around. I was so comfortable with the entire process. She knows so much about the dresses and is super nice and very chill! The shop is also super clean. I ended finding a dress today and am in love with it!
