After spending an hour at a dress store with small variety, pushy people, and a crowded dressing area, we decided to go to Macy’s bridal. What a great decision that was! Kym was very nice and helped us so much. She saw the styles everyone was choosing and found similar ones we may like. Overall it was an amazing experience and should not be overlooked because it’s not a small boutique type store!

Lisa from the salon was a dream to work with. She was there at my very first appointment, after I had spent a whole morning looking at dresses from another store, and was feeling extremely overwhelmed. Lisa was calm, listened to what I was looking for, and she was able to make my dreams come true. Lisa was so wonderful that I went back to get my head piece and veil from there as well. The only time that I ran into an issue was scheduling fittings due to the seamstress' erratic schedule. Overall, I had a great experience!

Macy's Bridal was so unbelievably helpful to me in securing the perfect dress for my day! I came in with a short timeline - leaving the country permanently in 4 weeks, wedding in 2 months. Kim insisted she would find me a dress- my hopes weren't high, but she succeeded! Macy's was able to coordinate the arrival of my dress within 2 weeks (not sure how they worked that miracle.), the alternations were done in 2 days, and my budget was respected.
