On a quest for a bridal gown. Trucking through multiple disappointing places. My mum whispered Macy’s .. I arrived with hope for better customer service, I was pleased and welcomed as a bride. I had a great experience working with ladies at this salon. The staff is very nice from sale associates to tailor. I would recommend it.
We had the perfect experience, finding my daughter’s perfect wedding dress! Everyone, was so warm and friendly. It started at the top with the manager Tammy! Sable, was our salesperson. She did everything to make the experience perfect! Macy’s, is lucky to have her! After, the purchase and the next day when we came in to pick-up, there were a lot of hugs! The staff was super helpful and friendly, but my dress was so delayed I couldn't even have a final fitting. I had trouble reaching out to them to get answers and as a result I had a very stressful time the week of my wedding. They did their best to help me eventually, they even covered the costs of the alterations, but at some point I didn't even know if I was going to have the dress on time at all, and I almost didn't.
