Went here today and from the minute we got there Sophie was so friendly and welcoming. I was unsure in a style of dress and from a few photos we were away trying different styles out. She was also patient she did not rush me or feel like I was being picky, she ensured I liked the dresses and felt comfortable. She really put thought into what I did and didn’t like after trying some on we wittled it down to 2. I visited the store twice and on both occasions the three ladies (Gayle, Sophie and Cath) were all so welcoming, kind and generally willing to support me in choosing the right dress for me, with no pressure added. I was very nervous before hand but they instantly made me feel at ease. I have now ordered my dream dress and cannot thank the team enough for their expertise and advice. They have the most amazing dresses and lovely store and I would highly recommend. Thank you again ladies
I had the most magical experience at The Bridal Rooms Uttoxeter. From the moment I walked into the bridal room, Sophie and Cath made me feel so welcomed and understood. They were incredible kind, patient and had the most amazing eye for what suited me. With their help, I’ve found the dress of my dreams - one that made me feel truly beautiful. Thank you Sophie and Cath for making this such a special and unforgettable moment!
I went to the bridal rooms today, my first time ever trying on a wedding dress and the nerves were something else. That soon all disappeared when I met Sophie. She calmed me down with just her words, knew exactly what she was talking about and made the whole experience amazing! I went with no idea really and Sophie & Cath were brilliant at making me feel at ease, allowing me to be indecisive with no pressure at all. At the end I said yes to the dress! I drove to the bridal rooms from Surrey after seeing their beautiful Instagram page full of the most beautiful dresses I have ever seen! They have such a huge selection there was no way I wouldn’t find the ‘one’ and the 5 hour drive through traffic was the best decision I ever made.
