From the moment I walked in, the team made me feel so at ease and welcomed. I couldn't recommend them more - they had a beautiful selection of dresses at all different price ranges for every budget. I didn't know what I wanted, so Laura found a selection of amazing dresses for me to try on. The whole process from selection, to fitting, to pick up was just perfect. I never once felt stressed or unsure on the service and my dress fit like a glove after the alterations. Thank you so much!
I visited The Bridal Room with my Daughter, Wife and Auntie as my Daughter is getting married next year. Its a great shop with lots of choice and the ladies there were very knowledgeable and ever so patient and there was no pressure to make a decision on the day. We still placed our order on the first visit and will be returning with the bridesmaids next month. I cannot recommend The Bridal Room highly enough

Recently purchased my wedding dress from The Bridal Room in Reigate and have nothing but positive things to say. I had my initial appointment with Debbie and then I popped back to try on what is now my dress again with Laura and the whole experience was just fab. I felt so so comfortable and at no point felt like it was salesy. They both were honestly so patient and sweet with me.
