I had the absolute best experience at the Bridal Room. Bushra was my stylist, with Charlie assisting with the appointment, and they were both absolutely phenomenal. It had been a difficult day going into the appointment, and the two of them went above and beyond to make my appointment joyful and fun. They were so helpful, warm, and welcoming. Lovely shop! My daughter and I found her dress at this shop right away. Just to be sure we went to other places but ended up returning to the Bridal Room. It was cozy and fun and very comfortable. We didn't feel surrounded by anxious brides and felt secure in our own little cocoon while being presented with possibilities. And they are very accommodating to trying different things with alterations. Very positive experience.

This was a terrible experience. On the onset, as soon as I walked in I had paid for 4 guests, but they told me the wording on the website was confusing and it meant 3 guests plus myself. Then as my 4 friends stood there they made me pay an additional $50 for my 3rd friend. So, before trying on any dresses I paid $100. Then, my family and best friends were not allowed to touch any dresses despite wanting them to help pick. This was my absolute favorite shop to visit while dress hunting and I'm so thrilled to have found my dream dress here. The shop smelled like heaven and was so comforting from the first steps I took inside and all of the employees were bright and extremely welcoming. I loved my experience at the Bridal Room! Overall, it was a positive, fun, and comfortable place to find my wedding gown. My stylist, Gabby, helped me select gowns that I wanted to try on over the course of two appointments. She was very knowledgeable on the dresses, designers, and current trends (they have a lot of designers and wedding gowns to choose from).
