Madeline was so welcoming and patient throughout my fitting appointment. I had already fallen in love with a dress at an earlier appointment at another shop that day, so I wasn’t sure how I could bring myself to love another dress. I had the BEST experience at the Bridal Room. The staff were so welcoming and the dressing rooms are so cute. My stylist, Madeline, was fantastic! She was so easy going, personable, attentive, and really understood what style/vibe I was going for. I ended up saying yes to a dress Madeline picked out and I cannot wait to wear it! Highly recommend making an appointment here.
The staff was great from day 1. They were fantastic with pulling dresses I wanted or envisioned for myself and we were able to narrow it down. I did go to 2 other places but the Bridal Room was the absolute best. When I had my alterations done, they were also fantastic and everyone was super kind. I had MANY people complimenting my dress and veil and asking where I bought it. I am so happy I chose the Bridal Room and recommend it to everyone! Thank you so much!
