I had such a wonderful experience at Bridal Outlet Ballarat. The girls there were absolutely amazing and so helpful throughout the whole process. I originally chose a dress that was on sale, and later on I had a change of heart. Even though the receipt stated that sale dresses couldn’t be exchanged, they were incredibly understanding and still allowed me to swap it for another dress that I truly loved. Best bridal shopping experience I have had! After the last store I visited left me crying I came to the Bridal outlet and Blade made me feel relaxed and comfortable. She was great at suggesting dresses based on details I liked and was very good at advising what suited me. They have a good range of styles with some unique dresses and lots of plus size options. I didn't feel pressured to buy and had an amazing experience.

Fantastic bridal store in Ballarat. From the moment I rang up the service was fantastic. We booked a bridal fitting and had very tentative, caring staff assist us. This store has a variety of bridal, bridesmaid and groomsmen attire available. Parking is easy out the front and timed. It’s safe to say, the bride said yes to the dress.
