Similar to another review had a very poor experience with a tux rental. First it was late being delivered so had to be shipped to the location. When I finally received it it was far to large with no time to fix it since it was late to arrive. I had to go to a store and buy a tux last minute. Then to top it off trying to get ahold of the owner to even return the tux let alone discuss the issue was impossible. I finally had to make a fitting appointment online to drop it off which the owner didn't even show up for. She sent he... read more

I could not have asked for a better experience with The Bridal Loft. The mother-daughter duo was so great: both helpful and accommodating. They have a wide variety of styles and present you with all kinds of great options! Highly recommended ladies!
I usually do not write bad reviews, but the poor service my son and daughter-in-law received was very upsetting. So here it is: We rented a tux and three suits for my son's wedding. The owner did not measure my son correctly and his pants came in about four inches too big. When the tux came in he tried it on, and immediately went to get the problem solved. The owner of the shop remeasured him, again incorrectly, and then order the size of the pants he was wearing. This took place several days before the wedding. The replacem... read more
