Horrible customer service. Went in to get bridesmaids dresses staff wasn't very friendly or helpful. Said we would have dresses in two months called numerous times and left messages no response. Finally got a call from lady who doesn't even work there works next door sayin that the owner is MIA and are dresses are in but didn't know if she could release them to us. Finally got dresses but none of them are the right size.
I would give this place negative stars if I could. I made an appointment to try on dresses last month with my mom and future mother-in-law. When we arrived for the appt that Friday afternoon the shop was closed down and no-one was even there. Friday at 1 pm in the afternoon! I finally found an alterations lady in the back of the building that said the Bridal Loft is "changing ownership right now" and that's likely why they weren't in today.
