Found my dream dress here but didn’t even get a call until literally 1 month before said wedding day saying that my dress is delayed for another 2 wks. Luckily we had postponed our weddings but was offered a full refund on the dress since I didn’t need anymore. (We were eloping instead) I never asked for the refund but when offered of course I accepted.
