It was my first day of going bridal dress shopping and I wanted Bridal Gallery to be the first place I visited. They had such a beautiful selection of dresses, and the atmosphere was very calm and light (which is so important for an excited and anxious bride such as myself that day). My experience with the Bridal Gallery was incredible. This was the 5th bridal store I had been to. I was starting to get a bit worried I was not going to find my dream dress.. Melody was so helpful from the moment we walked in. She took the time to ask questions and really understand what I was looking for. Within minutes, she pulled a dress for me that fit my vision. As soon as I tried it on, I fell in love. Melody felt more like a friend than an employee of the store. I could not recommend the Bridal Gallery enough!

Went here with my mom to get a grad dress, tried calling beforehand to get a better idea of what i was getting myself into. There was no pick up for like 5-6 minutes. When we went in (not knowing we had to book an appointment), a white lady with white hair who was the receptionist was unnecessarily rude to both me and my mother and practically shooed us away (because we did not have an appointment). After visiting several other stores, I found the perfect dress here on my very first appointment—and ended up canceling all the others right away! Stacie was incredibly kind and professional, really took the time to listen to what I wanted, and made spot-on suggestions that helped me so much.
