Heather went above and beyond to make this the best experience choosing a dress. She listened to me and took in all my ideas of what I was thinking for a dress which originally was not really a conventional wedding dress. She made me felt heard and so comfortable, especially being an older bride. The room we were in was beautiful and perfect for just me and my daughter who was there supporting me. Such a wonderful experience. Heather was extremely knowledgeable, kind and helpful. I am marrying a woman, and we had our appointments at the same time which could not have gone any better. We had so much fun and left feeling excited.
I had an amazing time finding my dream dress with sales person Savannah - thee best hype girl a bride could ask for! I felt comfortable, prioritized and like a real princess throughout the entire appointment. My fiancé and I were able to shop for our dresses together, making for a truly unique and special experience for both of us! 10/10 for professionalism from TBG as well, the entire process was so smooth.
