So I purchased my dress in 2024 without actually seeing it from Texas. I needed this specific color and in a size 12. Later I realised in the paperwork and when it was delivered it was a size 10 (couldn't be returned.) It's a gorgeous Ines de Santo dress and it look fabulous but the mistake of the size cost me an extra $400 in alterations (plus I had to lose 15lbs.) Overall, I would still consider it a positive experience as this dress was very rare and the condition was practically brand new.

Roberta was my stylist sent from above! Her attention to detail, ability to find YOUR personality in the gown, is out of this world accurate. Every visit and fitting I felt taken care of and listened to (which as a bride can be a welcome calm in your planning storm) They always had excellent advice, and helped me through an entire Hurricane Reschedule.
