I took my daughter to look for a prom dress having been. Another local shop where they were not keen did you to try if your budget was lower . Stepping into the bridal emporium Kim-Marie was the loveliest, attentive, understanding and helpful assistants I have ever met . She let my daughter try whatever she liked and carefully gave advice and listened. I had such a wonderful experience at The Bridal Emporium! The staff were incredibly kind, patient and attentive throughout the entire process. My friends and I were greeted with warm smiles and genuine kindness. I started my journey with Michelle. I had tried several dresses in different shops. I had not felt comfortable in any of them. Popped in to see the mother of the bride outfits after no luck in town was met with a very friendly team and found my mums dress very quickly! Jenny was great and put my mum at ease! Fantastic service would recommend

My Mum and I had previously gone to two different shops to look for prom dresses, and realised that they all looked extremely similar, i felt as though there was no dress that made me feel comfortable and impressive. On a whim, my mum remembered there was a bridal shop down the street, we walked in only an hour before closing, and the staff were extremely welcoming and said if I found a dress quickly I could try it on, even with no appointment! I had an absolutely amazing experience at Bridal! From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the beautiful selection of wedding dresses and the warm, welcoming atmosphere.
