I can’t thank Jenny and the ladies enough at the Bridal Emporium, they turned what looked at first to be a complete disaster with my original dress choice, into something really positive with my second. I found my dream wedding dress on The Bridal Emporium website and booked an appointment immediately! It was the first dress I tried on and I was completely in love with it. However, Zoe made sure I had the full bridal shopping experience and picked out loads of other beautiful dresses for me to try on. I took my daughter to look for a prom dress having been. Another local shop where they were not keen did you to try if your budget was lower . Stepping into the bridal emporium Kim-Marie was the loveliest, attentive, understanding and helpful assistants I have ever met . She let my daughter try whatever she liked and carefully gave advice and listened. I had such a wonderful experience at The Bridal Emporium! The staff were incredibly kind, patient and attentive throughout the entire process. My friends and I were greeted with warm smiles and genuine kindness. I started my journey with Michelle. I had tried several dresses in different shops. I had not felt comfortable in any of them. Popped in to see the mother of the bride outfits after no luck in town was met with a very friendly team and found my mums dress very quickly! Jenny was great and put my mum at ease! Fantastic service would recommend
