Back in late January, I had an emergency with my wedding dress. I had been on a waitlist for a different seamstress, and when I finally got in with her, she said my dress was too heavy for her to pick up for alterations. My weddIng was April 5th so I was panicking. I called several places, and Leanne was able to fit me in. The bridal design studio made my alterations process so stress free! She welcomed any questions or little adjustments I had. So many last minute changes (from personal issues) with a complicated dress. Leanne was so accommodating and reassuring. On the day of my dress was the perfect fit!!! I was so thankful for Leanne, her professionalism, and kindness!

I normally wouldn’t leave such a bad review, but considering she is ruining 100s-1000s of dollars worth of dresses. I have to warn other people. I had a VERY SIMPLE alteration needed on my daughter’s pageant dress. She said it would be ready in a few days. I had FOUR appointments to come back and get the dress and every single time I let her know I had to take off 3 hours early to get my daughter and get there and she ensured me it was ready and to come. I went to the Bridal Design Studio to have my wedding dress fitted. Leanne was incredibly generous and wonderful to work with! I would recommend her to anyone looking for a true professional! She did an amazing job with a very detailed dress and intricate beading!
