My dress was probably one of the biggest anxieties because I wasn’t sure if I would find anything “me”. As soon as I got the call from the shop asking me to elaborate on my “hauntingly beautiful” descriptor, I knew I would be in good hands. The staff and manager are SO nice and helpful. I cannot recommend Bridal Connection enough as an anxious bride
TLDR: 10 out of 10. Highly recommend. Full review: let me start by saying I am bigger. With that in mind, honestly, i was dreading wedding dress shopping. Iykyk. Mentally I was prepared for a rough experience. Add on to that, I had no real clear preferences when I made the appointment. I was so pleased with my experience at bridal connection. I am someone who is super picky about EVERYTHING, but the staff was super patient and attentive to all of my needs / wants. I found my perfect dress for my wedding and am so excited!
Monique helped me find the PERFECT dress for my ocassion! She listened, understood the kind of dress I was looking for, pulled 4 options, and was SOLD by the 3rd dress! It was a seamless experience from start to finish, thank you Monique for listening, understanding, and seeing my vision!! :) :) :)
Very hospitable and helpful from the minute we walked in for our appointment to the minute we walked out the door!
