I came to Bridal Connection at Stone Oak with a little bit of desperation my wedding was in less than two months and I hadn’t gotten my dress. I was excited to come to this shop due to their reviews but their customer service was off putting from the moment I called to make an appointment. I still gave them a chance since it was the only available appointment on a Sunday. The girl that helped me did not seem knowledgeable, made me feel like I had very limited options due to my budget and didnt make me feel pretty at all. Unfortunately, I left with a bad taste in my mouth after my experience here. I arrived around 5:45 PM because I was already in the area and Google showed that the store closed at 6 PM. I completely understood that they were close to closing, and I only wanted to take a very quick look at their selection. From the moment I arrived, however, the attitude felt very unwelcoming.
