Recently attended the bridal centre on my 2nd attempt looking for a dress. I was paired with Katie & Cecilia who were such incredible, easy and fun women to spend the time with. They respected my wants and budget and understood styles to pull that would fit my body shape. They helped me find the dress of my dreams and couldn't have asked for a better experience! The store itself is very welcoming and clean with the fitting room area being bright and elegant.
Special shout out to Katie who made my wedding dress shopping experience unforgettable! She made me and my entire bridal party feel so comfortable from the moment we arrived, and had us laughing throughout the whole appointment. She really listened to what I was looking for, offered thoughtful suggestions which ultimately helped me find my absolute dream dress. Really disappointed in my experience. I tried on a dress, bought it and proceeded to pay $400 for alterations. Throughout the alternations I repeatedly told the lady that I needed the straps tighter as I am a big chested woman and I needed that support. We finally got the straps to the right point and I said it was good. When I went to the alternations pickup, the straps were way too loose and way looser than they were that I agreed to.
