Excellent customer service by Trevor. Seamless transaction. Looking forward to my purchase. Happier to discover that the old mattress will be diverted from the city dump. 100% of old mattress will be recycled. Shredded for industrial use, stuffing for pet beds, carpet padding and insulation. Very impressed by The Brick!

- 7 month update! The mattress we bought has completely collapsed in. We bought a Sterns and Foster, and there is an inch dip on each side, and we completely sink in when lying down. The manufacturer said it doesn’t qualify for a warranty, and the Brick has said they can’t do anything on their end. This was the most expensive mattress available in their showroom, and waking up with excruciating back pain each day is not acceptable.
