We actually had an issue with our mattress that was only a year old. The owner of this store, Mr Lee went above and beyond to give us support. He walked is through the process of getting warranty and actually checked in on us to make sure everything was going according to plans..We got a full credit for our mattress. He truly cares and will not steer you in the wrong direction. Very honest and gives you the facts. Strongly recommend buying your mattress and any linens or pillows you may need.
People be aware of these scamers Dont buy extra warranty from here it is totaly rip off i paid $2700 for my sofa and paid for extra warranty they dont cover anything. After 1 year lightly used sofa seats a falling inside. They are selling garbage. furniture.
