Went in the store today with my wife and Justin was helping us. He was very helpful by showing us several different options and prices, then helped us find a floor model that he said they were looking to move on from to create space for a new product. So he was able to take a large percentage of the price off and help us get a good deal. Very informed on the products and showing us several options and no pressure environment was really nice. They came in the time slot that was promised. They were uninformed about the mattress that was going back. I hope it makes it back to the right place.It was difficult to communicate with them. (language barrier)
