I recently made a purchase at a well-known "discount" mattress store in southwest London, and quickly regretted my decision, as I was unhappy with the comfort of the product. An expensive lesson learned. I went back to the Brick Mattress Store (where I have shopped before) and was very pleased (again) with the high level of customer service and quality of product sold. Damian and staff are wonderful people to deal with....happy I made the switch.
