The gentleman that worked there the day I went in was extremely knowledgeable when I was looking for a new pillow. He also didn’t crowd me or try to upsell and he actually listened to what I was saying. I had gone to sleep country first and they only had two pillows for what selection I was looking for, and the gentleman there was less than enthusiastic about assisting me from the moment I walked in the door. The brick had way more options, he was helpful and patient! Will return again! Thank you!
We visited this Brick location and had the pleasure of dealing with Curtis. He was great to deal with and very responsive when we asked lots of questions. He took care of us. it's great to support local locations. Thanks Curtis. we will be dealing with him again.
The experience was great from start to finish! Sales guy was very informative and gave great advise. Delivery guys were fast polite and they removed the plastic from the mattress and placed it on the box spring.
