This is by far the worst store experience I’ve ever had with furniture. I purchased a mattress on Sunday and was told delivery would be Thursday. I even took time off work to be home. Thursday comes, no delivery. At the very end of the day, I get a call saying they went to my old address (which is a 7 minute drive away). I corrected them, and they said they’d call back, they never did. I had to chase the store, and they promised Friday. Again, I took the day off. Still no bed.
