I had an extremely disappointing experience at this Brick store. The woman attending to us, who claimed to be the store manager, was shockingly rude and unprofessional. We were genuinely interested in purchasing a queen and full mattress along with their frames, but instead of assisting us, she refused to provide any guidance or answer our questions.
