my sales person was very helpful. When he didn't have an answer to my questions he went and got one for me. The 2 delivery guys were pleasant. They took their time to insure nothing got damaged.
Élise was wonderful from the beginning to the end. There was no pressure on her end, which I really appreciate. I don’t respond well to being pressured so she was exactly the salesperson for me. She showed me different options and, I believe I walked every inch of the living room furniture and accessories at least 3 times with her by my side. Sale Associate, Trevor Sansom, was fantastic to deal with, no pressure, extremely knowledgeable, and was not afraid to say he didn’t know something, but was able to find the answer. Very personable, remembered us only after one visit. If you’re at the brick, ask for Trevor!
