They are not at all trust worthy, don’t count on the delivery date! They promise you 10 days, but they deliver in one month! What to speak of delivery time! They are not as efficient as IKEA and JYSK. And worse than anything, the customer service promises for compensation but they deny it after!! I am very frustrated by their way of handling and service
The delivery men were very professional and efficient. Would highly recommend their service.
Products and delivery were all fine however, there was more than two weeks wait time to get my sofa. And after this time, one of the legs was scratched. However, the team that was sent to deliver did a very good job, were friendly, quick and efficient. Sofa looks great.
