On time, delivery easy to track and friendly delivery guys. They addressed a manufactures defect right away which was very convenient for us.
Extremely Disappointed – Poor Quality and No Follow-Up I’m extremely disappointed with The Brick Newmarket branch. We purchased a full living room set, a bed frame, and other bedroom accessories. Within just a couple of months, the bed frame broke. I reached out to customer service and even followed up in person at the store. Very supportive and helpful delivery person.
We submitted a warranty claim and manager of Newmarket branch called a few days after. Rude and unprofessional , she just said none of the items can be covered while we are still in warranty period. Their clain about best warranty ever is BS.
