Came in a few weeks ago asking about a couch I had been looking at online. While on the webpage the agent told me I could come by the store and sit in the couch and give it a try before buying. When I got the the store the couch was elevated on a platform and the manager asked me to climb up the platform to sit on the couch. WORST FURNITURE STORE IN GUELPH ! The customer service and sense of personal space doesn’t exist they have 0 personal skills they follow you around like a stray dog after asking for personal space and time to shop. Bought a couch for our new home but the delivery date was set for when I was out of country. The sales rep, sales manager & the payment lady were all given my girlfriend’s contact information for the delivery, she took the day off work & they decided to give only my info to the driver. Never delivered, I ended up picking up the fridge I bought myself and still have to get rid of the old one. They gave me a time between 1-4:45 and I got a call at 5 that they would be another hour and didn’t have it on the order to pick up the old one. Talked to the warehouse and they said I would have to reschedule if I wanted them to take the old fridge. Turned a good experience into a terrible one.
HORRIBLE SERVICE! Purchased a floor model fridge last night. They confirmed they could deliver today and take away the old the fridge. This was discussed more than once because we were in desperate need of the fridge. We bought it based on this deal. We were given a window of time for delivery. I took time off work to be home and nobody showed up. I called and they cut me off mid sentence to tell me they would not be able to deliver next day.
